Terms of Service
Last updated 21 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of Veltorica (the “Service”), operated by Purple Pi Marketing (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business, and “you” means that business.
1. What the Service does — and does not do
Veltorica is a tool for sending documents you have prepared and collecting electronic signatures on them. We host and deliver your documents, record signing evidence, and issue a Certificate of Completion.
We do not draft, review, verify or advise on your documents. We are not a law firm and nothing in the Service is legal advice. The content, accuracy, legality and enforceability of every document you send is entirely your responsibility. Whether an electronic signature is appropriate for a given document is your decision to make — some instruments (for example certain wills, powers of attorney and statutory declarations) may require other formalities.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by your team members. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding contract.
3. Your team
Your plan includes a number of seats. You may invite team members up to that number and purchase additional seats. You are responsible for your team members' use of the Service and for removing access when someone leaves your business.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- send unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or infringing material;
- impersonate any person, or forge or misrepresent a signature;
- send unsolicited bulk email, or material you have no right to send;
- distribute malware, or attempt to breach or probe our security;
- access another customer's data, or attempt to circumvent the separation between accounts;
- resell or white-label the Service itself without our agreement.
Fair use. Paid plans include unlimited contracts for ordinary business use. Individual files are limited to 25 MB. If your account sustains more than 2,000 contracts per month we may contact you to discuss a suitable plan. We will not cut you off without talking to you first.
5. Your content and our licence
You retain all rights in the documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, display and process that content solely to provide the Service to you — for example to render a document for signing, stamp signatures onto it, and email the completed file to the parties.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents to train machine-learning models. You warrant that you have the right to upload each document and to send it to the recipients you nominate.
6. Electronic signatures and evidence
The Service records signing evidence including the signer's stated name, consent to sign electronically, timestamps, IP address and browser user-agent, and produces a SHA-256 hash of the completed document so later alteration is detectable. This is designed to support the validity of electronic signatures under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and its state equivalents.
We provide the record; we do not warrant that any particular signed document is valid or enforceable, which depends on your document, the parties and the circumstances.
7. Sending from your own domain
If you connect your own sending domain, you confirm you control it and authorise us to send email on your behalf. You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your domain through the Service and for maintaining the DNS records required. We may suspend sending from a domain that generates significant spam complaints or bounces, to protect deliverability for everyone.
8. Fees and cancellation
- A paid subscription is required to send contracts. We do not offer a free trial.
- Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars, monthly or annually as you choose, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
- If a payment fails we may suspend access after a grace period. Your data is not deleted during suspension.
9. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where the change is material. Support is provided by email at support@veltorica.com.
10. Security and your data
Each customer's data is logically separated so that no customer can access another's documents. Passwords are stored as hashes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information. No system is perfectly secure; you should retain your own copies of documents that matter to you.
11. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these Terms, that is used unlawfully, or that poses a security or deliverability risk — with notice where it is reasonable to give it. On termination you may export your completed documents for 30 days, after which your data may be deleted.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. Where we are permitted to limit our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.
13. Liability
Subject to clause 12, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, however arising.
We are not liable for any dispute between you and a signer about a document, or for the consequences of a document you sent being unenforceable, incorrect or inappropriate for its purpose.
14. Indemnity
You indemnify us against claims, loss and reasonable costs arising from your documents, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
